DKP Construction offers complete garage door packages for the homeowner. Choose from a variety of standard garage sizes and be assured that the garage will be built to these specifications.
DKP garage packages provide a simple one-stop solution for anyone considering a new garage. The basic specifications are based on the finished size of the structure. Garage packages are priced as follows:

All packages include:
- One 8′ wide x 7′ high white raised panel insulated door
- One 36″ wide colonial style steel door
- One 48″ wide x 36″ high sliding window
- 25-year 3 tab shingles (standard colors to choose from)
- Standard 5/12 roof pitch manufactured trusses
- White soffit and facia
- White vinyl siding
We can customize your package upon request for color, extra windows, garage door, or even a roof pitch to match your house. Cement slab is not included (the average cost is $12.00 per square foot). Some townships may require an Engineered Drawing for a slab above 500 square feet. These are free-standing units, attached garages will be priced differently.
